Members and volunteers at the Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House might notice a new face in the centre. We are delighted to welcome Lauren Bryson to the Wellspring community as Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House’s new program coordinator. In addition to scheduling programs at the centre, Lauren will also oversee the transportation program. Lauren’s background in program, event and volunteer coordination will be a wonderful addition to the Wellspring team. Paula Golding
Office Manager, Wellspring Downtown Toronto 

Paula Golding is the new friendly face that will greet you when you visit the Wellspring offices on the 3rd floor of Wellspring Downtown Toronto. As the new office manager Paula will be supporting board meetings and contributing in the areas of governance and finance. Paula brings to Wellspring a strong administrative background in addition to general office management. Please help us in welcoming Paula to the Wellspring.

Neil Gillman
New Cancer Exercise leader at Wellspring Westerkirk House, R.Kin., CSEP-CEP, EIMC Level 2 

Neil Gillman is a new cancer exercise leader at Wellspring Westerkirk House. Neil received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University in 2012. He is a registered kinesiologist in good standing with the College of Kinesiology. He is also a certified exercise physiologist, (Exercise is Medicine Level 2), with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and currently sits on the Patient Relations Committee for the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. He has practised in a variety of settings, including community, clinical, and research-based, and has experience working primarily with chronic disease, such as Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity.
